Bud-Pak was formed in 1974 in Newcastle NSW. The establishing partners had already amassed many years experience in the packaging industry when they created Bud-Pak.

The company started operations manufacturing gross and net bagging scales. Since that time, the company has shown a steady growth in design capability, turnover and equipment range, to the present stage of complete turn-key manufacturing capability.

The senior management have a combined 75 years invested in the company, ensuring continuity of application experience, customer relations and equipment support.

Bud-Pak has moved with improvements in proven technologies. Our equipment designs are continually upgraded to include these improvements. Bud-Pak developed a major micro-processor based control system for its weighers in 1984 which led the world in the application of this technology to the packaging field. Bud-Pak committed itself to Computer Aided Design in 1984, and has continued to apply new technology to its designs and operations.
