AUTOMATIC BULKER-BAG WEIGHERS

Description

Bulker-Bag Filling Systems for all materials are available from BudPak. BudPak manufactures a standard range of bulk bag fillers but can also custom design bulk bag fillers to suit clients' needs.

As well as manufacturing their own range of bulk bag fillers, BudPak also imports the highly regarded Technipes range of bulk bag fillers that are manufactured in Italy to tough European standards. Technipes has a history with bulk bag fillers in the flour industry in Europe and BudPak has numerous Technipes bulk bag fillers currently installed across Australia.

The weighing-bagging line for Bulk Bag Fillers use either two or four loops for supporting the Bulk Bag up to capacities of 1500 kg. The weighing system is suitable to any kind of product both floury and granulated and it is comprised of four loadcells holding a weighing counter-frame to which the Big-Bag is hooked. Depending on the kind of product, it is possible to reach an output capacity of 15/20 Bulk Bags/hour.

The Technipes bulk bag filling system, on demand, can be equipped with a Bulk Bag lifting platform and unloading/storing roller conveyor. For some products, a net weight solution is available, including weighing machine plus underlying bag-spout which the spout can be hooked to can also be adopted for ensuring an output capacity of 50-60 units/hour.

AUTOMATION

BudPak specialises in automation, site integration and supplying turnkey systems. Subsequently, BudPak can supply addition equipment to further automate the bag filling process including: pallet dispensers, pallet conveyors, stretch wrappers and so much more.
