RETAIL PACK NET WEIGHERS

Description

The PLA-G Series of Retail Pack Net Weighers is designed for high speed, high-accuracy weighing of free flowing and semi-free flowing products, from 100g to 3kg. Various models are available to provide throughputs from 10 to 100 weighings per minute.

High accuracy weighing is achieved using damped, single-point loadcells operating in conjunction with a PAK-SCAN/500 weighing controller, which provides self-tuning and auto-adjustment capabilities.

The simple mechanical design and robust construction combined with the proven reliability of the PAK-SCAN/500 ensures years of reliability and trouble-free operation, as evident through numerous existing installations throughout Australia and South East Asia.

The PLA-G Series is compatible for use with all retail packing options, including all makes of VFFS, cartoning and tub filling. Manual bagging operations with premade bags is also possible.

A double swing-frame supports the weigh hoppers and feed chutes, allowing free access for cleaning, repairs and maintenance. Lift-off weigh buckets with quick-disconnect pneumatic fittings provide the simplest cleaning procedure.
