DESCRIPTION
BudPak manufactures a wide range of empty and filled Pallet Conveyors. While normally supplied as part of palletiser or IBC (intermediate bulk container) filling systems, we are also happy to supply pallet conveyors as separate components.
The Pallet Conveyor design is heavy-duty, providing years of reliable service. The photo on this page shows a set of filled pallet accumulation conveyors, forming part of the discharge from a palletiser line. Two conveyor types are available: mesh-over-roller and triplex chain transport conveyors.
Conveyor lengths are assigned as required, are available in multi-section assemblies for pallet accumulation and can be designed for indexing accumulation.
LOADING STATION PALLET CONVEYORS
The Loading Station Pallet Conveyor is a heavy-duty construction roller chain conveyor assembly designed to accept pallets from a Pallet Dispenser and transfer them to the robot palletiser loading station. The chain centres to suit an Australian Standard CHEP pallet are 1030mm and the minimum length between sprocket centres of the conveyor is approximately 3200mm. The Loading Station Pallet Conveyor incorporates a pallet squaring mechanism to ensure the pallet is square to the conveyor and for correct alignment of the bags on the pallet. The conveyor comes complete with a photoeye for correct pallet positioning prior to the pallet being squared.
The Loading Station Pallet Conveyor length can be altered to suit the client’s plant layout and also to incorporate such things as automatic slip sheet applicators. The final length of the conveyor will be subject to these requirements. The loading station conveyor is driven by a shaft mounted T.E.F.C. braked gearmotor with protection class IP55 and insulation class F.
